Cranberry rice

prepare time  20 minutes
serve with 2 persons





Quantity
Cran berrie paste
1 cup
Cooked rice
2 cups
Turmeric
¼ spoon
Chana dal
2 table spoon
Black gram
2 table spoon
Mustard seeds
1 table spoon
Red chills
6 to 7
Green chills
4
Hinge
Pinch
Salt 
To taste
Oil
4 table spoon
Peanuts
2 table spoons
Cashew nut
garnish 
Curry leaves
few


METHOD
  1.   Keep the cooked rice a side.
  2.   The pan is heated add oil to it.
  3.   When the  oil is heated add Chana dal, black gram ,  peanuts, mustard seeds   until they start changing red color add red chills, green chills and curry leaves add hinge fry them altogether. Then fry the cran berry paste for 4 to 5 minutes.
  1. 4.   Then  add the seasonings to the cooked rice stir it well
  2. 5.    Then garnish it with cashews
