Menthi majjiga.



Quantity
Butter milk
2 Glasses
Turmeric
1/4thspoon
Salt to taste

Green chilies
3
Red chills
6
Onion (small)
1
Mustard seeds(Aavalu)
1 Table spoon
Fenugreek seeds(menthulu)
1 Table spoon
Ajwain (vaamu)
1 Table spoon
Hinge
Pinch
Oil
2 Table spoon


Preparation

  1.  Cut the onions and green chills curry leaves coriander leaves into small pieces keep it aside.
  2.  Pour 2 glasses of butter milk into a bowl. Add salt, turmeric, green chills, curry leaves, and coriander leaves to the butter milk and stir it well.
  3.  When the pan is heated add oil to it.
  4. When the oil is heated add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds,ajwain, red chills, and hinge.  Fry them all together.
  5. Then  add the fried  seasonings  to the butter milk and stir it well
  6. Then serve it with plain rice.
