Preparation
- Cut the onions and green chills curry leaves coriander leaves into small pieces keep it aside.
- Pour 2 glasses of butter milk into a bowl. Add salt, turmeric, green chills, curry leaves, and coriander leaves to the butter milk and stir it well.
- When the pan is heated add oil to it.
- When the oil is heated add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds,ajwain, red chills, and hinge. Fry them all together.
- Then add the fried seasonings to the butter milk and stir it well
- Then serve it with plain rice.
