Bhel puri














Ingredients
Quantity
Puffed rice
2 cups
Sweet chutney
To taste
Green chutney
To taste
Chopped tomato
½ cup
Chopped onions
½ cup
Coriander leaves

Chat masala
1 tea spoon
Grated mango
¼ cup
Red chili powder
1 tea spoon
Garam masala
1 tea spoon
Wheat crackers

Bundhi mixer

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl add puffed rice , fried peanuts, tomatoes, onions, grated mango, salt chat masala, garam masala, red chili powder mix it well then add green chutney sweet chutney  bundhi mixer, save, coriander leaves,  lemon juice mix it garnish with save.
  2. Very tasty and yummy.

Dahi pori









Ingredients
Quantity
Pani pori
1 packet
Coriander mint paste
3 table spoons
Black salt
1 table spoon
Pani pori masala
1 table spoon
Chat masala
1 table spoon
Cooked Chana dal
1 cup
Boiled potato
1 cup
Tamarind juice
2 table spoon
Dates

1 tea spoon
Red chili powder
1 tea spoon
Chopped coriander leaves

Chopped onion

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl add water, and coriander mint paste black salt, chat masala, Pani Pori masala mix it well
  2. Sweet chutney, curd beaten it and add salt mix it and keep it aside.
  3. Take a bowl add tamarind, date paste, jaggery, Dania cumin powder red chili powder salt and add water mix it well
  4. Cooked potato, cooked Chana dal
  5. Take the pani Pori and add boiled potato, boiled peas and add onions tomatoes, green chili paste,  sweet chutney and 1 tea spoon dahi and save coriander leaves mix it well. All are rest of the pories same processes..
  6. You can serve it with sweet chutney, green chutney
  7. you can serve with snack

Sprouts chat




Ingredients
Quantity
Rajma beans
1 cup
Black eyed beans
1 cup
Cholay (senagalu)
1 cup
Chopped onion

Chopped tomato

1 table spoon
Garam masala
1 tea spoon
Coriander cumin powder
1 tea spoon
Red chili powder
1 tea spoon

Coriander leaves

Preparation method

  1. Soak the sprouts in water for one day. And remove the water, and cook it the pressure pan and add a pinch of salt, turmeric, add water and cook it for 2to 3 whistles, then remove the water.
  2. Then take a wide bowl and add onions, tomatoes, green chili and cooked sprouts salt.Mix it well then add chat masala, cumin coriander powder, red chili powder,,garam masala powder.Mix it well then finally add the coriander leaves, lemon juice mix it well.
  3. This is very healthy snack very tasty.

Peanut Chat







Ingredients
Quantity
Peanuts
1 cup
Chopped onion
½ cup
Chopped tomato
½ cup
Salt
To taste
Red chili powder
½ tea spoon
Amchur powder
1 tea spoon
Chat masala
1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves
Few
Lemon juice
To taste
Dania cumin powder
½ tea spoon

Preparation method        

  1. Soak the peanuts for 2 hours. Then boil it for 2 to 3 whistles and remove the water keep it aside.
  2. Take a wide bowl add peanuts, onions, tomatoes, amchur powder, Dania cumin powder, chat masala, salt  red chili powder mix it well final add coriander leaves lemon juice mix it well. Then peanut chat is ready.
  3. You can serve it as snack very tasty..

Bajji Mixture (puffed rice chat)

Puffed rice

Tomatoes

Preparation method 

  1. Wash the onions and tomatoes and green chills cut into small pieces keep it aside
  2. Dry roast peanuts.Make desired bajjis keep it aside.
  3. Then take a bowl add puffed rice chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillis,peanuts, bajjis add salt , red chilli powder, chat masala, pinch garam masala and mix it well then add Lemon juice coriander leaves mix it well.
  4.  Then serve at snack time.
