Preparation
method
- Soak the sprouts in water for one day. And remove the water, and cook it the pressure pan and add a pinch of salt, turmeric, add water and cook it for 2to 3 whistles, then remove the water.
- Then take a wide bowl and add onions, tomatoes, green chili and cooked sprouts salt.Mix it well then add chat masala, cumin coriander powder, red chili powder,,garam masala powder.Mix it well then finally add the coriander leaves, lemon juice mix it well.
- This is very healthy snack very tasty.
