Home made chalupa







Ingredients
Quantity
Maida
2 cups
Wheat flour
1 cup
Milk
3/4cup
butter
100 ml
Salt
To taste
Baking  powder
1 tea spoon
Guacamole (avocado paste)
3
Chopped tomatoes
1 cup
Chopped onions
1 cup
 cheddar cheese
1 packet
Cooked rajma beans
1 cup
Lettuce
for taste

Preparation method


  1. Take a wide bowl add Maida wheat flour, salt, soda,  mix it well and add milk and add warm water mix it and make chapatti dough and rest it for 1 hour. Then prepare round shape balls keep it aside.
  2. Then heat the chapatti pan and prepare a round shape chapatti and toast it both sides.
  3. Then take a chapatti and put the cooked rajma paste in the middle, and put the avocado paste on top and put thechopped tomatoes on top and put the onions o and add lettuce, and finally add cheese. then chalupa is ready to eat.
  4. This chalupa is very tasty and yummy.
  5. You can serve as breakfast or lunch, or dinner..

Veg chapatti roll






Ingredients
Quantity
Chapatti

Cooked rajma beans
1 cup
Avocado paste
½ cup
Mixed vegetables
1 cup
Salt
To taste
Lemon juice
To taste
Green chili

Pepper powder
1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves
few

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl add avocado paste and add mixed vegetables, salt lemon juice, pepper powder mix it well. Then cooked rajma beans keep it aside.
  2. Take a chapatti and add the rajma beans, avocado paste in the middle of the chapatti and mix it and roll it well
  3. This is very tasty and yummy and very healthy for kids.

Home made chipotle




Ingredients
Quantity
Cooked  basmati rice or brown rice
2 cups
Cooked sweet corn
1 cup
Cooked rajma beans
1 cup
Capsicum slices
½ cup
Onion slices
½ cup
Avocado paste
1 cup
Chopped coriander leaves
½ cup
Chopped tomato
2 cup
Red chili

Garlic pods

Cumin seeds
1 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Chopped onions
1 cup
Sour cream small
1
Lettuce
1
Oil
2 table spoon

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add capsicum slices, onion slices fry it well and keep it aside.
  2. Chipotle sauce
  3. Take the tomatoes, red chili, cumin seeds, salt, garlic pods mix it and grind it coarse paste then cook it for 5 minutes then switch off the flame. Then keep it aside.
  4. Take a wide bowl add chopped tomatoes, onions, cooked sweet corn, green chili and add salt lemon juice mix it well.
  5. Take a wide bowl, add cooked rice chopped coriander leaves table spoon of lemon juice mix and keep it aside.
  6. Take a plate and add cooked rice, cooked rajma beans, cooked sweet corn, avocado paste and then chipotle sauce, and fried capsicum onion slices, and add lettuce, sour cream, cheese mix it well.
  7. This is very tasty and healthy recipe.

Home made veg burger



Ingredients
Quantity
Boiled potato

Chopped carrot
1 cup
Chopped beans
1 cup
Chopped green chili

Chopped ginger
1 table spoon
Chopped garlic
1 table spoon
Garam masala powder
1 tea spoon
Dania powder
1 tea spoon
Salt
To taste
Oil
2 table spoon
Burger bread

Butter
¼ cup
Jalapeno ranch
1 bottle
Tomato sauce
 1 bottle
Vegetable slices
1 cup

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add chopped ginger, chopped garlic chopped green chili and fry it for 1 minute then add carrot, green beans, green peas, fry it for 4 minutes then add salt, turmeric, smash potato and mix it well and add Dania powder, garam masala and mix it well then switch off the flame then patty is ready for burger.
  2. Heat the pan, add butter then toast the bread both sides. Then add butter and toast round shaped patties both sides.
  3. To the toasted bread apply ranch and tomato sauce ,patty and tomato slices, cucumber slices, onion slices, lettuce and cover it 
  4. Veg burger is ready.
