Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add capsicum slices, onion slices fry it well and keep it aside.
- Chipotle sauce
- Take the tomatoes, red chili, cumin seeds, salt, garlic pods mix it and grind it coarse paste then cook it for 5 minutes then switch off the flame. Then keep it aside.
- Take a wide bowl add chopped tomatoes, onions, cooked sweet corn, green chili and add salt lemon juice mix it well.
- Take a wide bowl, add cooked rice chopped coriander leaves table spoon of lemon juice mix and keep it aside.
- Take a plate and add cooked rice, cooked rajma beans, cooked sweet corn, avocado paste and then chipotle sauce, and fried capsicum onion slices, and add lettuce, sour cream, cheese mix it well.
- This is very tasty and healthy recipe.
