Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds fry it for 1 minute then add turmeric onions fry it for 2 minutes and add salt ginger garlic paste fry it for 2 minutes, chopped Gobi mix it and cook it for 3 minutes.
- Then spinach chopped tomatoes cook it for 5 minutes, and add cooked Chana dal, Dania cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder mix it and cover the lid for 5 minutes then switch off the flame
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Tasty, and yummy.
- You can serve it with chapatti naan or Pori.
