Preparation method
- Soak it for basmati rice in water for 1 hour.
- Baby potatoes cook it for 2 whistles. Then remove the water.
- Then take a bowl add baby potatoes, and add salt, curd, ginger garlic paste,red chili powder, garam masala powder mix it all together and keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 2 minutes then add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, green chili garam masala powder fry it for 1 minute then keep it aside
- Heat the pan add 5 cups of water, and add salt and oil mix it and boil it for 10 minutes then add soaked basmati rice mix it well, then cook it for 90 present then switch off the flame.
- Then take an aluminum tray and add fried whole garam masala, soaked baby potatoes and cooked basmati rice 1 layer then add chopped spinach, chopped coriander leaves then add another layer of basmati rice and add fried onions, 1 table spoon of food color liquid. Mix it well and wrap it aluminum quail and put it in the oven at 350 degree centigrade for 45 minutes. Then ready to serve aloo dum biryani.
- You can serve it for hot with onion raitha very tasty and yummy.
