Preparation method
- Soak it for basmati rice for 30 minutes in water. Then drain it keep a side after that 2 glass of coconut milk and cook it for 2 whistles.
- Then heat the pan add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 1 minute then add chopped onion, and add salt turmeric fry it for 3 minutes then add garlic paste fry it for 3 more minutes and, add mixed vegetables, fry it for 5 minutes and add spinach paste, Dania powder, red chili powder, garam masala fry it for 3 minutes and add cooked rice mix it all together then garnish with coriander leaves.
- You can serve it with onion raitha very tasty and yummy.
