Oats mixed veg pakodi




Ingredients
Quantity
Oats powder
2 cups
Basin
1 cup
Mixed vegetables
1 cup
Green chili
6
Grated ginger
1 table spoon
Red chili powder
1 table spoon
Onions
1 cup
Salt
To taste
Oil
To deep fry
Curry leaves
few

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl add all ingredients mix it and add water mix it prepare a pakodi batter.
  2. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add prepare a pakodi and fry it for golden brown color. Then transfer it to tissue
  3. This is very tasty and healthy..

Kala jamun





Ingredients
Quantity
Gulab jamuns packet
1
Sugar
600 grams
Cardamom powder
1 tea spoon
Food color
Pinch
Oil or ghee
Deep fry
Milk
¼ cup

Preparation method
Take jamun mix in a bowl and mix well so there is no lumps.  Know add milk make it into soft dough.
Take ¼ of the dough separately in a bowl and add in sugar, cardamom powder, and green color mix well.
Now divide both the dough into equal portions.
Take the white portion dough and press it slightly. Place the green ball in the center and cover it up.
Shape it into smooth round ball and then into long shape
Heat the pan, add oil to fry on medium heat fry the jamuns till they are golden drain and set aside.
After 5 minutes fry it again till it get black.
Now make the sugar syrup place sugar and water in a pan mix it and bring it to boil. Simmer till it turns sticky. Now drop the jamuns in the sugar syrup and let it steep in the syrup for 6 to 8 hours.
Reheat the syrup often to keep the syrup warm so the jamuns will absorb the syrup a lot faster.

Aloo cashew cutlets





Ingredients
Quantity
Cooked potato

Cashews
¼ cup
Chopped ginger
1 table spoon
Chopped green chili
1 table spoon

To taste
Cumin seeds
1 tea spoon
Butter
2 table spoon
Oil
1 table spoon
Chat masala powder
1 table spoon
Chopped coriander leaves

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add cumin seeds, fry well. Then add cashew pieces, ginger, green chili, fry it and stir it well then add mashed potato, salt  chat masala powder mix it well. Then garnish with coriander leaves.
  2. Heat the chapatti pan and add round shape cutlets put it into the pan and apply butter to both sides. Fry it for golden brown color
  3. It is very tasty with tomato ketch up.

Yellow moongdal filters




Ingredients
Quantity
Yellow moong dal
1 glass
Green chili

Ginger
1 inch piece
Salt
To taste
Oil
To deep fry
Cumin seeds
1 table spoon
Pepper powder
1 tea spoon

Preparation method

  1. Soak the moong dal in water for 2 hours then drain it well
  2. Then take the mixer grinder add moong dal green chili, salt ginger cumin seeds, pepper powder mix it and grind it coarse paste.
  3. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add take the batter and prepare round shape filters and fry it for golden brown color.
  4. You can serve it with snack and ginger chutney this is  very tasty.

Bread gulabjamoon





Ingredients
Quantity
Bread slices

Water

Cardamom powder
1 tea spoon
Oil or ghee
 For deep fry
Milk

Preparation method
Take a mixer grinder and add bread slices grind it into a powder. Then add milk mix it and prepare chapatti dough. Then prepare round shape balls keep it aside
Heat the pan add sugar and water mix it and boil it for 1 thread consistency then switch off the flame.
Heat the pan add ghee to fry then add all balls put it into the ghee then fry it for golden brown color. Then transfer it to sugar syrup. After 1 hour gluab jamoon ready to serve.

you can serve it with hot very tasty

Preparation method
Take bread slices and toast it keep it aside. After that cut it into medium size pieces keep it aside.
Take a bowl add corn flour, Maida, salt pepper powder mix it and prepare a batter.
Heat the pan add oil to fry then add  take bread peace’s and dip it corn flour batter  then put it into the oil then fry  it for golden brown color. All pieces same process.
Then same pan add oil to fry then add green chili, ginger, garlic, chopped onion fry it for  golden brown color then add  soya sauce, red chili sauce, green chili, pepper powder mix it and stir it well. Then add fried bread pieces mix it and stir it well finally  garnish with coriander leaves.
This is very tasty for fried rice.
