Preparation method
- Soak the moong dal in water for 2 hours then drain it well
- Then take the mixer grinder add moong dal green chili, salt ginger cumin seeds, pepper powder mix it and grind it coarse paste.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add take the batter and prepare round shape filters and fry it for golden brown color.
- You can serve it with snack and ginger chutney this is very tasty.
