Mint powder






Ingredients

Black gram

Mint leaves
2 bunches
Tamarind

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add black gram, cumin seeds, red chili , mint leaves fry it well
  2. Take the mixer grinder then add fried seasonings, salt, tamarind garlic pods mix it make it into a coarse powder..
  3. you can serve it with idly , rice it is very tasty.

Peanut powder







Ingredients

Dry roast peanuts
1 cup
Red chili

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add red chili cumin seeds fry it well
  2. Then add salt, tamarind garlic pods mix it well
  3. Put the mixer grinder and add peanuts, red chili, salt tamarind garlic mix it and grind it coarse powder.
  4. You can serve it with idly or rice. 



Idly powder

Black gram
1 cup
Dania seeds

Pepper corns

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add all seasonings fry it well. Then switch off the flame.
  2. Then add tamarind, salt mix it and grind it coarse powder.
  3. You can serve it with idly dosa or rice very tasty and yummy.

Chintha chiguru podi (tender tamarind leaves)







Ingredients

Chintha chiguru  (tender tamarind leaves)

Pea nuts
1 cup
Sesame seeds

Red chilly

Preparation method

  1. You can use dry chintha chiguru
  2. Heat the pan, add peanuts fry it for red color keep it aside. Then add sesame seeds, red chilies, cumin seeds fry it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame
  3. Put the peanuts, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, salt, dry chintha chugru, garlic cloves, grind it into a fine powder.
  4. This is very tasty and healthy powder.you can serve it with rice or idly..

Curry Powder









Ingredients

Sanaga pappu
1 cup
Black gram (minapappu)
1 cup
Dania seeds (daniyalu)
1 cup

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add, oil to it. When the oil is heated, fry all the ingredients together.
  2. When it cools down, grind it into a fine powder.
  3. This powder is used for all vegetable curries.
  4. Store this powder in an air tight container for 2 to 3 weeks



Kandi podi






Ingredients

Chana dal (sanaga pappu)
1 cup
Black gram (minapappu)
2 table spoon
Kandi pappu (toor dal)
1 cup
Moong dal (pesarapappu)

Preparation method

11.  Heat the pan, add all the dals and fry them until they start changing into a reddish color, And keep it aside.
22. Heat the pan add, oil to it .when the oil is heated add redchillis, cumin seeds and hinge fry them all together.
33.  Let it cool down.To all fried dals(kandi pappu,sanagapappu,moong dal ) ,add red chills, cumin seeds,and add salt grind it into a fine powder.
44. Then add black gram hinge stir it mix well.
55. Then serve with hot plain rice or idly.

Karapodi

  1.  Heat the pan add oil to it. When the oil is heated fry black gram until it start changing red color.Add cumin seeds, red chills curry leaves fry them well.
  2.   Let it cool down.Add tamarind, salt, garlic cloves to above mixtureand grind it into a fine powder.
  3. Then serve with hot plain rice or idly.
