Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add black gram, cumin seeds, red chili , mint leaves fry it well
- Take the mixer grinder then add fried seasonings, salt, tamarind garlic pods mix it make it into a coarse powder..
- you can serve it with idly , rice it is very tasty.
