Idly powder






Ingredients
Quantity
Chana dal
1 cup
Black gram
1 cup
Dania seeds
1 table spoon
Pepper corns

Red chili
8 to 10
Curry leaves
3 stems
Salt
To taste
Tamarind
To taste
Oil
2 table spoons
Garlic

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add all seasonings fry it well. Then switch off the flame.
  2. Then add tamarind, salt mix it and grind it coarse powder.
  3. You can serve it with idly dosa or rice very tasty and yummy.
