Brown rice aloo dum biryani








Ingredients
Quantity
Brown basmati rice
2 cup
Baby potatoes
1 cup
Curd
1 cup
Fried onions
1 cup
Chopped spinach
½ cup
Chopped coriander
 ½ cup
Green chili

Red chili powder
1 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Whole garam masala
2 table spoons
Garam masala powder
1 table spoon
Ginger garlic paste
1 table spoon
Oil
3 table spoons

Preparation method

  1. Soak it for basmati rice in water for 1 hour.
  2. Baby potatoes cook it for 2 whistles. Then remove the water.
  3.  Then take a bowl add baby potatoes, and add salt, curd, ginger garlic paste,red chili powder, garam masala powder mix it all together and keep it aside.
  4. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 2 minutes then add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, green chili  garam masala powder fry it for 1 minute then keep it aside
  5. Heat the pan add 5 cups of water, and add salt and oil mix it and boil it for 10 minutes then add soaked basmati rice mix  it well, then cook it for  90 present then switch off the flame.
  6. Then take an aluminum tray and add fried whole garam masala, soaked baby potatoes and cooked basmati rice 1 layer then add chopped spinach, chopped coriander leaves then add another layer of basmati rice and add fried onions, 1 table spoon of food color liquid. Mix it well and wrap it aluminum quail and put it in the oven at 350 degree centigrade for 45 minutes. Then ready to serve aloo dum biryani.
  7. You can serve it for hot with onion raitha very tasty and yummy.

Coriander chaykkalu









Ingredients

Rice flour
1 glass
coriander leaves
1 bunch
Green chili

Soaked Chana dal
¼ cup

Preparation method

  1. Take the mix jar and add coriander leaves green chili cumin seeds grind it into smooth paste keep it aside.
  2. Then take a wide bowl add rice flour ,and add salt ,butter mix it all together then add green chili paste, soaked Chana dal mix it and add water mix it and prepare make chapatti dough. And prepare small round shape balls keep it aside.
  3. Heat the pan add oil to deep fry then take polithin  cover and apply oil to it then make a round shape small  Pori   and put it in the oil. Then fry it golden brown color and transfer it into the tissue then rest of the dough same processor.
  4. You can serve it with snack.. .

Spinach gobi chana dal curry

Cooked Chana dal
1 cup
Chopped spinach
1 cup
Chopped Gobi
1 cup
Ginger garlic paste
1 tea spoon
Dania cumin powder
1 table spoon
Red chili powder
1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder
1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves
Few
Salt
To taste
Turmeric
Pinch
Mustard seeds
1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds
1 tea spoon
Chopped onion
1 (medium)
Chopped tomato
¼ cup

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds fry it for 1 minute then add turmeric onions fry it for 2 minutes and add salt ginger garlic paste fry it for 2 minutes, chopped Gobi mix it and cook it for 3 minutes.
  2. Then spinach chopped tomatoes cook it for 5 minutes, and add cooked Chana dal, Dania cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder mix it and cover the lid for 5 minutes then switch off the flame
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves. Tasty, and yummy.
  4. You can serve it with chapatti naan or Pori.

Spinach rice with coconut milk








Ingredients

Coconut milk
2 glasses
Basmati rice
1 glass
Green chili

Whole garam masala

Mixed vegetables
1 cup
Oil
1 table spoon

Dania cumin powder
1 tea spoon
Red chili powder
1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves

Preparation method

  1. Soak it for basmati rice for 30 minutes in water. Then drain it keep a side after that 2 glass of coconut milk and cook it for 2 whistles.
  2. Then heat the pan add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 1 minute then add chopped onion, and add salt turmeric fry it for 3 minutes then add garlic paste fry it for 3 more minutes and, add mixed vegetables, fry it for 5 minutes and add spinach paste, Dania powder, red chili powder, garam masala fry it for 3 minutes and add cooked rice mix it all together then garnish with coriander leaves.
  3. You can serve it with onion raitha very tasty and yummy.

Oats idly







Ingredients

Oats powder

Sooji rava
1 cup
Mixed vegetables
½ cup
Salt
To taste
Curd
2 cups
Cooking soda
¼ tea spoon


Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl add oats powder, sooji rava salt, curd mix it all together. Then add cooking soda mixed vegetables mix it well
  2. Then take idly stand, and prepare oats idly, and steam it for 15 minutes. Then switch off the flame.
  3. You can serve it with coconut chutney very yummy.

Beans chanadal curry

Cooked Chana dal

Grated coconut

1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds
1 tea spoon

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add black gram, until fry red color then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chili, red chili, curry leaves fry it for 3 minutes then add chopped beans, salt turmeric mix it and cover the lid for 5 minutes.
  2. Then add cooked Chana dal, grated coconut mix it all together then fry it for 3 more minutes then switch off the flame.
  3. You can serve it with chapatti, rice or roti yummy and tasty.
