Masoor dal kichidi





Ingredients

Preparation method

  1. Wash the tomatoes, ciliary, onion, and carrot, capsicum, cut it into medium size pieces
  2. Heat the pan add butter to fry then add garlic cloves ciliary pieces ,onion carrot, capsicum tomatoes, salt fry it for 5 minutes then switch off the flame.
  3. Let cool down then grind it smooth paste. Then add 2 glass water mix it and cook it for 15 minutes then add basil leaves, salt, pepper sugar mix it and add corn flour 2 tablespoon and add water mix it and put it in the soup. cook it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame.,

Coconut milk with vermacelli biryani






Ingredients

Vermicelli

Coconut milk

Ginger garlic paste

Mixed vegetables
1 cup
Onion slices

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add vermicelli fry it for light golden brown color. Then keep it aside.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add onion slices green chili fry it for 3 minutes then add green chili paste fry it well. Then add mixed vegetables fry it then add salt garam masala, turmeric mix it well.
  3. Then add coconut milk boil it for 10 minutes, then add fried vermicelli mix and cook it for 15 minutes then switch off the flame.

Whole wheat rava pulihora




Ingredients

Whole wheat coarse rava
1 glass
Turmeric

Green chili

Chana dal

Black gram
1 table spoon
Mustard seeds
1 tea spoon

Lemon juice

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add 2 glass of water and add salt, turmeric mix it and boil it for 10 minutes then add 1 table spoon oil mix it well. After that add rava mix it and stir it on medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes then switch off the flame.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add all ingredients fry it for golden color then add green chili, red chili, curry leaves fry it well and transfer  to a bowl. Then add cooked rava mix it and stir it well. Finally add lemon juice mix it and stir it well.
  3. you can serve it with break fast. this is very tasty and healthy.

Preparation method

  1. Soak the whole moong dal overnight then drain it keep aside.
  2. Then take the electric cooker and then add rice, oats soaked whole moong dal wash it for 3 times then add 6 cups of water mix it and add mixed vegetables, salt mix well.
  3. Heat the pan add butter fry then add ginger, green chili, curry leaves, pepper powder fry well then put it into the rice then cook it for 20 minutes.
  4. You can serve it with any chutney very tasty and healthy.

Veg bread sandwitch

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl add mashed potato, green chili, coriander leaves, salt, chat masala, red chili powder, cooked peas mix it well.
  2. Toast the bread slices until lightly crispy with butter. Apply tomato sauce on one side then spoon out the vegetable curry stuffing and spread it on the sauce. Your open sand witch is ready.
  3. You can make it as a regular sand witch also by spreading the vegetable curry between two slices of bread with tomato sauce applied on one side of the slice.

          you can serve it with tomato ketch up very tasty and yummy.

Preparation method

  1. Take the mixer grinder and add green peas, cumin seeds, green chili, ginger coriander leaves grind it to smooth paste then mix it into dosa batter.
  2. Heat the dosa pan add prepare round shape utappamu and apply oil then add top onions, coriander leaves to it and cover the lid for medium flame for 5 minute then turn it another side. And ready to serve utappamu.
  3. You can serve it coconut chutney very tasty and yummy.

Oats idly

Sooji rava

Mixed vegetables

Cooking soda

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl add oats powder, sooji rava salt, curd mix it all together. Then add cooking soda mixed vegetables mix it well
  2. Then take idly stand, and prepare oats idly, and steam it for 15 minutes. Then switch off the flame.
  3. You can serve it with coconut chutney very yummy.

Neer dosa

Preparation method

  1. Soak it the rice in water for 6 hours. Then remove the water keep it aside.   
  2. Take the mixer grinder and add rice, grated coconut, and salt and grind it for dosa batter. And add water mix it you prepare water consistency. Then dosa batter is ready.
  3. Then take dosa pan you prepare dosa and apply to oil both side. And toast it.
  4. You can serve it with any chutney tasty and yummy.

Preparation method

1.Take the mixer grinder and add bread slices and grind it into coarse powder keep it aside.
2.Again take a mixer grinder and add butter milk semolina rava, maida, salt and grind it into dosa batter.
3.In a wide bowl add grinded batter, cooking soda and add bread powder and mix it well.
4.Heat the dosa pan and spread batter on the pan and add chopped ingredients on the top and cover the lid for 5 minutes and turn it to another side for 3 minutes then switch off the flame
5.You can serve it with coconut chutney. Very tasty .

Soft idly






Ingredients
Quantity
Urad dal  (black gram)
1 glass
Idly rice
3 glass
Thick poha
¼ cup
Fenugreek seeds
1 table spoon
Salt
To taste

Preparation method        

  1. Take a wide bowl add urad dal and soak it for 6 hours. Take another bowl add idly rice, poha, fenugreek seeds  and add water soak it for 6 hours.
  2. Take the urad dal and wash it.Then take the mixer grinder and urad dal grind it into smooth idly batter.
  3. Wash the idly rice and grind it into smooth batter.
  4. Take a wide bowl , add urad dal batter and idly rice batter, salt and mix it well and cover the lid to ferment.
  5. Next day you make idly in idly stand and steam it for 20 minutes then switch off the flame.
  6. This idly is very tasty and soft idly ready to serve with ghee and coconut chutney, or tomato chutney.

Dal kichidi




Ingredients

Tour dal

Whole garam masala

Mixed vegetables
1 cup
Coconut milk
1 glass
Water
2 glass water
Garam Marsala powder
1 tea spoon
Dania cumin powder
½ tea spoon
Cumin seeds
1 tea spoon
Curry leaves
Few
Salt
To taste
Butter &ghee
3 table spoon


preparation method 

  1. Wash the rice and tour dal for 2 to 3 times and remove the water. keep it aside.
  2. Heat the pan add oil and ghee to fry.Than put whole garam masala fry it for 1 minute then add mixed vegetables fry it for 2to 3 minutes then fry Dania, cumin powder and garam masala powder then add coconut milk,water and mix it well and boil it for 10 minutes. When the water is boiled then add rice and tour dal and mix it well and cover the lid for 15 minutes. When the rice is cooked then switch off the flame.
  3. You can serve it with breakfast or lunch.

Vuppudu pindi

Soaked whole moong dal

Grated coconut

Mustard seeds

Preparation method

  1. Soak the moong dal in water for 3 to 4 hours then remove the water keep it aside
  2. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add Chana dal, fry until red color then add black gram, mustard seeds, green chili, curry leaves and fry it for 2 minutes then add moong dal fry it for 1 minute then add 4 glasses of water and add grated coconut, salt .when the water is boiled add rice rava and stir it slowly and cook it on medium flame and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes. When the rava is cooked then switch off the flame
  3. You can serve it with hot and coconut chutney or any pickle.

Mixed vegtable upma

Dry roasted sooji rava

Mixed vegetables
 1 cup
Chopped ginger

Chopped green chili
1 table spoon
Chopped onion

Ghee
2 table spoon
Oil
2 table spoon
Black gram
1 table spoon
Mustard seeds
1 table spoon
Chana dal
1 table spoon
Water
3 glasses
Salt
To taste
Curry leaves &coriander leaves
few

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add black gram,fry until red color.Add Chana dal, mustard seeds, green chilies, ginger ,curry leaves, fry it for 2 minutes then add onions fry it for 1 minute then add mixed vegetables fry it for 3 minutes then add water,salt and stir it well . When the water boils add sooji rava and stir without any lumps and cover the lid 3 minutes. Garnish with ghee and coriander leaves.
  2. Then switch off the flame. Upma is ready to serve.
  3. You can serve it with hot and coconut chutney.
