Preparation method
- Take a wide bowl, add wheat flour salt and mix it and prepare chapatti dough. And cover the towel and keep it aside.
- Take a bowl add rajma beans, black eyed beans, whole Chana dal soak it for overnight. And remove the water and add salt and boil it for 1 whistles then switch off the flame.
- Let it cool down the pressure and add salt coriander leaves and grind it coarse powder. Keep it aside.
- Then add mashed potato, salt, and all seasonings mix it well. Then stuffing is ready
- Take chapatti dough, and prepare small round shape balls keep it aside
- Dust some flour and roll the balls about 2 inches round. Place some stuffing at the center. Cover the stuffing be bringing the edges together.
- Repeat the same with the rest of stuffing and balls.
- Now sprinkle some flour and roll the stuffed balls gently. Roll up to 3 inches width
- Place a iron pan or frying pan over high heat. Once pan is hot splutter some ghee over it.
- Fry the stuffed parathas from both sides until golden specs appear
- Spread some butter./ghee over hot parathas and eat them. .
