Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil &butter to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 1 minute then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric fry it for 1 minute. Then add onions, salt fry it for 3 minutes then add chopped fenugreek leaves, tomatoes fry it for 3 more minutes and then add mixed vegetables fry it well.
 - Then add cooked basmati rice, Dania powder, garam masala powder mix it well. Finally add pannier cubes, coriander leaves mix it well.
 - This is very tasty and healthy and yummy.
