Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add cumin seeds fry it for 1 minute then add ginger paste and add onions fry it for 2 minutes then add salt mix it well.
- After that mash the boiled potato and also and add red chili powder, mix it well and finally add garnish with coriander leaves.
- Then curry is ready.
- Then take bowl add water and put the bread slices in one by one dip it and squeeze it water. And Stuff it curry and prepare round shape balls.
- Then heat the pan add oil to fry then put i the balls in the pan then fry it in a golden brown color and transfer it to the tissue.
- Then the bread bonda, ready to serve with tomato ketch up.
