Preparation method
- Heat the frying pan add oil and butter to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 1 minute then add ginger garlic paste fry it for 2 minutes then add onions, and salt fry it for 3to 4 minutes .
- After that add spring onions, and all the seasonings fry it for 2 more minutes then add curd mix it and cook it for 1 minute then add phool makhana fry it for 4 minutes.
- Finally add boiled rice mix it all together. And garnish with coriander leaves.
