Green peas paratha




Ingredients

Green chili

Wheat flour
2 cups

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl, add wheat flour, salt,oil and prepare a chapatti dough.keep it aside.
  2. Take a mixer grinder.Add green chilli, garlic cloves and grind it to a coarse paste.
  3. Cook Green peas in microwave for 5 minutes then remove the water and mash it.
  4. Heat the pan,add oil ,cumin seeds and fry it.Then add mashed green peas,salt, cumin Dania powder, chat masala powder, garam masala powder and green chili paste.Fry it for 5 minutes then switch off the flame.Green peas stuffing is ready.
  5. Take the chapatti dough and prepare small balls.
  6. Then take rolling pin and prepare round shape chapatti and stuff it and close the sides then again roll it to round shape parathas. Then put it on chapatti pan and toast it on both sides with ghee.
  7. Very tasty and healthy parathas ready to serve.
  8. You can serve it with curd chutney...

Nimma kaya karamu








Ingredients

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chili fry it for 1 minute then add hinge then switch off the flame. And grind it coarse powder keep aside.
  2. Take a bowl add lemon juice and add grinded powder, salt mix it well
  3. You can serve it with plain rice or idly, dosa.Very tasty and healthy.      

Capsicum sambar (bell pepper)

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan; add Dania seeds, Chana dal, black gram, rice, and pepper corns, red chili. Hinge grated coconut, fenugreek seeds fry it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame .And grind it coarse powder keep it aside
  2. Wash the tour dal and cook it for 3 whistles then keep it aside.
  3. Heat the bottom pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, until fry then add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves fry it for 1 minute then add chopped bell pepper, tomatoes fry it for 2 minutes then add tamarind juice, turmeric, salt, and little bit water mix it and cook it for 5 minutes then add cooked dal grinded powder mix it and add jaggery mix it and cook it for 10 more minutes then switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves
  4. You can serve it with hot plain rice or idly sambar very tasty.. .

Rajma carrot rice








ingredients

Cooked basmati rice

Preparation method

  1. Wash the rajma beans and soak it for water in overnight. And cook it for 3 whistles.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 1 minute then add onions, green chili red chili fry it for 3 minutes then add ginger garlic paste, fry it for 1 minute then add cooked rajma beans, chopped carrot mix it and fry it for 4 minutes then add salt, garam masala, turmeric, chat masala powder mix it well. Finally add boiled rice mix it well and fry it for 2 more minutes. and garnish with coriander leaves.
  3. You can serve it hot with onion raita very tasty

Mysore masala dosa

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add black gram, mustard seeds, curry leaves fry it for 1 minute then add onions, green chili paste, curry leaves fry it for 1 minute then add boiled potato, salt mix it well. Then garnish with coriander leaves. Then the potato curry is ready...
  2. Take the mixer grinder then add garlic cloves roasted Chana dal, salt fried onion, red chili, salt grind smooth paste. Then red chutney is ready.
  3. Take the dosa pan then put it dosa  on dosa pan then apply red chutney, after that apply to potato curry than add 1 table spoon of oil. When the dosa is roasted, switch off the flame.
  4. You can serve it coconut chutney or sambar very tasty.

pesara pappu chutney (yellow moong dal)

Wash the pesara pappu and soak it in water for 1 hour. Then remove the water keep it aside.
Take the mixer grinder then add pesara pappu, red chili, salt cumin seeds, hinge grind it coarse paste.

Heat the pan, add oil then add black gram, mustard seeds fry it for 1 minute. Then mix it into the  chutney
you can serve with  plain rice with ghee.

Okra peanut Fry(Bendakaya)

Peanuts
1 tea spoon

Preparation method

  1. Wash the okra and cut it into medium size then put it into microwave for three minutes.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add peanuts, Dania seeds, cumin seeds, red chili, curry leaves fry it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame and grind it coarse powder.
  3.  In the same pan add oil to fry ,then add  okra  and fry it for 5to 10 minutes then salt and grinded powder, and add dry coconut powder mix it well then switch off the flame
  4. This is very tasty and healthy curry.
  5. You can serve it with hot plain rice or chapatti..
