Rajma carrot rice








ingredients

Rajma beans
1 cup
Cooked basmati rice
2 cups
Chopped carrot
1 cup
Ginger garlic paste
1 table spoon
Chopped onion
1 cup
Garam masala
1 tea spoon
Green chili

Coriander leaves

Whole garam masala

Chat masala powder
1 tea spoon
Salt
To taste
Oil &butter

Preparation method

  1. Wash the rajma beans and soak it for water in overnight. And cook it for 3 whistles.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 1 minute then add onions, green chili red chili fry it for 3 minutes then add ginger garlic paste, fry it for 1 minute then add cooked rajma beans, chopped carrot mix it and fry it for 4 minutes then add salt, garam masala, turmeric, chat masala powder mix it well. Finally add boiled rice mix it well and fry it for 2 more minutes. and garnish with coriander leaves.
  3. You can serve it hot with onion raita very tasty
