pesara pappu chutney (yellow moong dal)





Ingredients
Quantity
Yellow moong dal (pesarapappu)
1 cup
Red chili
4
Salt
To taste
Cumin seeds
1 tea spoon
Lemon juice
To taste
Mustard seeds
1 tea spoon
Hinge
Pinch
Black gram
1 tea spoon
Oil
1 tea spoon

Preparation method

Wash the pesara pappu and soak it in water for 1 hour. Then remove the water keep it aside.
Take the mixer grinder then add pesara pappu, red chili, salt cumin seeds, hinge grind it coarse paste.

Heat the pan, add oil then add black gram, mustard seeds fry it for 1 minute. Then mix it into the  chutney
you can serve with  plain rice with ghee.
