Okra peanut Fry(Bendakaya)




Ingredients
Quantity
Chopped okra
2 cups
Dania seeds
1 tea spoon
Peanuts
1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds
1 tea spoon
Red chili
5
Curry leaves
Few
Oil
1 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Dry coconut powder
1 tea spoon

Preparation method

  1. Wash the okra and cut it into medium size then put it into microwave for three minutes.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add peanuts, Dania seeds, cumin seeds, red chili, curry leaves fry it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame and grind it coarse powder.
  3.  In the same pan add oil to fry ,then add  okra  and fry it for 5to 10 minutes then salt and grinded powder, and add dry coconut powder mix it well then switch off the flame
  4. This is very tasty and healthy curry.
  5. You can serve it with hot plain rice or chapatti..
