Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chili fry it for 1 minute then add hinge then switch off the flame. And grind it coarse powder keep aside.
- Take a bowl add lemon juice and add grinded powder, salt mix it well
- You can serve it with plain rice or idly, dosa.Very tasty and healthy.
