Mysore masala dosa





Ingredients
Quantity
Dosa batter
1 cup
Boiled potato
1 cup
Onion (medium
1 cup
Ginger garlic green chili paste
1 table spoon
Red chili powder
1 tea spoon
Black gram
2 tea spoon
Mustard seeds
1 tea spoon
Curry leaves
Few
Salt
To taste
Oil
2 table spoon
Roasted chana dal (putnala pappu)
1 cup
Chopped onion
1 cup
Red chili

Garlic cloves

Tamarind
To taste

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add black gram, mustard seeds, curry leaves fry it for 1 minute then add onions, green chili paste, curry leaves fry it for 1 minute then add boiled potato, salt mix it well. Then garnish with coriander leaves. Then the potato curry is ready...
  2. Take the mixer grinder then add garlic cloves roasted Chana dal, salt fried onion, red chili, salt grind smooth paste. Then red chutney is ready.
  3. Take the dosa pan then put it dosa  on dosa pan then apply red chutney, after that apply to potato curry than add 1 table spoon of oil. When the dosa is roasted, switch off the flame.
  4. You can serve it coconut chutney or sambar very tasty.
