Paneer makhani curry








Ingredients

Paneer cubes
1 cup
Chopped tomato

Preparation method
Chopped tomatoes, ginger, green chili grind it into a paste. And keep it a side.
Cashews, sesame seeds grind it into a paste. Then keep it aside.
Heat the pan, add butter to fry then add cumin seeds fry it for 1 minute. Then add tomato puree cook it for 5 minutes then add cashew paste mix it and cook it for 5 more minutes.
Then add all spices and salt mix it and cook it for 3 more minutes then add mix it paneer cubes  and cook it for few minutes then garnish with coriander leaves.
You can serve the paneer curry roti’s and biryani very tasty.

Gobi 65









Ingredients

Chopped  Gobi
1 cup
Corn starch
4 table spoons
All-purpose flour
3 table spoons

1 tea spoon

Preparation method

  1. Soak the Gobi in the warm water for 15 minutes. Then remove the water.
  2. Take wide bowl  add all-purpose flour, corn starch, salt, pepper powder, red chili paste, garam masala powder, red chili powder mix it all together then add water mix it and prepare bajji batter.
  3. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then take batter and dip the Gobi into the batter and fry it into a golden color. And keep it aside. And transfer to the tissue. Then again fry it. (Fry it until it crispy the Gobi is very tasty)
  4. Heat the pan, add oil fry the green chili and curry leaves for 1 minute. Then mix it fried Gobi all together.
  5. You can serve it with tomato ketch up very tasty and yumm

Rajastani okra curry (bendakaya)













Ingredients

Chopped okra (benda kaya)

Chopped tomato

Chopped onion

Dania cumin powder
1 tea spoon

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add all seasonings fry it well. Then add onions and add salt fry it for 2 minutes then add turmeric, ginger paste fry it for 1 minute then add tomatoes mix it well and cover the lid for 3 minutes
  2. Then add okra mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes then add Dania cumin powder, red chili powder mix it and cook it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame.
  3. You can serve it with hot plain rice or chapatti, very tasty and yummy.

Peanut powder

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add red chili cumin seeds fry it well
  2. Then add salt, tamarind garlic pods mix it well
  3. Put the mixer grinder and add peanuts, red chili, salt tamarind garlic mix it and grind it coarse powder.
  4. You can serve it with idly or rice.

Ginger pickle

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then chopped ginger fry it for 3 minutes then switch off the flame.
  2.  Soak the Tamarind in hot water for 30 minutes.
  3. Then take a wide bowl ,add fried ginger, salt, jaggery , red chili powder, fenugreek powder and add tamarind garlic  bunch mix it all together. And grind it for smooth paste.
  4. Then heat the pan add oil to fry then add all seasonigs fry it for 2 minutes then mix it into the chutney.
  5. This is very tasty.  You can serve it with all breakfast items.  Or rice.

Tawa paulo

Boiled basmati rice

Mixed vegetables

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add cumin seeds, turmeric fry  them well. Then add ginger garlic paste, fry it for 2 minutes then add onions, tomatoes, bell pepper fry it for 5 minutes.
  2. After that add mixed vegetables fry it for 3 more minutes then add salt, red chili powder, pav bhaji masala mix it all together.
  3. Then finally add cooked rice mix it all together. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  4. This is yummy and tasty Paulo.
