Preparation method
- Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add all seasonings fry it well. Then add onions and add salt fry it for 2 minutes then add turmeric, ginger paste fry it for 1 minute then add tomatoes mix it well and cover the lid for 3 minutes
- Then add okra mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes then add Dania cumin powder, red chili powder mix it and cook it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame.
- You can serve it with hot plain rice or chapatti, very tasty and yummy.
