Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then chopped ginger fry it for 3 minutes then switch off the flame.
- Soak the Tamarind in hot water for 30 minutes.
- Then take a wide bowl ,add fried ginger, salt, jaggery , red chili powder, fenugreek powder and add tamarind garlic bunch mix it all together. And grind it for smooth paste.
- Then heat the pan add oil to fry then add all seasonigs fry it for 2 minutes then mix it into the chutney.
- This is very tasty. You can serve it with all breakfast items. Or rice.
