Preparation method
- Soak the Gobi in the warm water for 15 minutes. Then remove the water.
- Take wide bowl add all-purpose flour, corn starch, salt, pepper powder, red chili paste, garam masala powder, red chili powder mix it all together then add water mix it and prepare bajji batter.
- Heat the pan, add oil to fry then take batter and dip the Gobi into the batter and fry it into a golden color. And keep it aside. And transfer to the tissue. Then again fry it. (Fry it until it crispy the Gobi is very tasty)
- Heat the pan, add oil fry the green chili and curry leaves for 1 minute. Then mix it fried Gobi all together.
- You can serve it with tomato ketch up very tasty and yumm
