Preparation method
- Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add cumin seeds, turmeric fry them well. Then add ginger garlic paste, fry it for 2 minutes then add onions, tomatoes, bell pepper fry it for 5 minutes.
- After that add mixed vegetables fry it for 3 more minutes then add salt, red chili powder, pav bhaji masala mix it all together.
- Then finally add cooked rice mix it all together. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- This is yummy and tasty Paulo.
