Cucumber tomato dal





Ingredients

Chopped cucumber pieces

Preparation method

  1. Wash the cucumber and cut it into medium size pieces and remove the seeds.
  2. Take the pressure cooker and add wash the tour dal, cucumber pieces, and add chopped tomato and add water mix it and cook it for 3 whistles.
  3. Let the pressure cool down, then add salt green chili, turmeric, and add tamarind juice mix it and cook it for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds fry it well then add hinge red chili powder , fry  them well then put it into the dal, then garnish with coriander leaves curry leaves.
  5. You can serve it with hot plain rice or chapatti very tasty.

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add all ingredients one by one fry it well. Then transfer to bowl.
  2. Then add all spicy things mix it all together

Eggplant drumstick curry





Ingredients

Eggplant (small)

Drum sticks

1 table spoon
Garam masala powder

Preparation method

  1. Wash the egg plants and cut it into long slices then soak it in salt water.
  2.  Cut the Drum sticks into medium pieces, and then keep then aside.
  3. Heat the pan add oil, to fry then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fry it well then add turmeric, onion fry it for 2 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste salt, chopped tomatoes mix it well. Once the tomatoes are cooked add the drum sticks and the eggplant pieces and add water mix it well and cover the lid for 15 minutes.
  4. Then add red chili powder, Dania cumin powder, garam masala powder mix it well and cook it for 5 more minutes. Finally add garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. You can serve it with plain rice or roti it is very tasty.

Veg curry puff

Preparation method

  1. Puff pastry sheets are available in Walmart.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add ginger garlic paste fry it for 1 minute, then add mixed vegetables, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, chat masala powder, garam masala powder mix it well finally add mashed potatoes coriander  leaves mix it all together.
  3. Then take the pastry sheets and cut them into medium size pieces.
  4.  Then take one piece and stuffed the curry in the middle then close the ends.  Do same process throughout the rest of the sheets.
  5. Then put it in the oven at 425degree centigrade then ready to serve curry puffs.

Cluster beans chanadal curry

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add all seasonings fry  them well then add green chili, red chili, red chili powder, curry leaves fry  them all together.
  2. Then add grated coconut fry it for 1 minute, and add cooked Chana dal, cooked beans, salt, turmeric, mix it well and cook it for 5 more minutes. Then switch off the flame.
  3. You can serve it with plain rice or chapatti very tasty and yummy.

Tindoora (dondakaya) onion fry

Preparation method

  1. Wash the tindoora and drain it keep aside. Then cut it into round slices. Then keep it aside. And onions cut it into small pieces keep it aside.
  2. Take the mixer grinder then add red chili cumin seeds salt mix it and grind it powder. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add tindooras fry it well and cover the lid. Once cook the tindoora and add chopped onions and pinch of salt mix it and fry it for 5 more minutes then add grinded red chili powder mix it well.
  4. You can serve it with rice or chapatti very tasty.

Cholay aloo curry

Dania seeds powder

Chana dal  masala

Preparation method

  1. Wash the whole Chana dal soak it for 5 hours. Then salt and turmeric mix it and cook it for 3 whistles.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add crushed Dania seeds, fry it for 1 minute then add coriander leaves, and add ginger garlic paste fry it well, and add chopped onion, salt, turmeric, mix it and fry it for 3 minutes then add Chana dal masala, red chili powder mix it and cook it for 2 minutes then add chopped tomatoes, cooked Chana dal  and boiled potato mix it and cook it for 5 more minutes.
  3. Then switch off the flame.
  4. You can serve it for chapatti Pori or very tasty.
