Cluster beans chanadal curry




Ingredients
Quantity
Cooked cluster beans (goru chikkudu)
1 cup
Cooked Chana dal
½ cup
Grated coconut
¼ cup
Green chili
4
Curry leaves
Few
Red chili
4
Salt
To taste
Black gram
1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds
1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds
1 tea spoon
Red chili powder
1 tea spoon
Oil
1 table spoon
Turmeric
pinch

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add all seasonings fry  them well then add green chili, red chili, red chili powder, curry leaves fry  them all together.
  2. Then add grated coconut fry it for 1 minute, and add cooked Chana dal, cooked beans, salt, turmeric, mix it well and cook it for 5 more minutes. Then switch off the flame.
  3. You can serve it with plain rice or chapatti very tasty and yummy.
