Preparation method
- Wash the egg plants and cut it into long slices then soak it in salt water.
- Cut the Drum sticks into medium pieces, and then keep then aside.
- Heat the pan add oil, to fry then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fry it well then add turmeric, onion fry it for 2 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste salt, chopped tomatoes mix it well. Once the tomatoes are cooked add the drum sticks and the eggplant pieces and add water mix it well and cover the lid for 15 minutes.
- Then add red chili powder, Dania cumin powder, garam masala powder mix it well and cook it for 5 more minutes. Finally add garnish with coriander leaves.
- You can serve it with plain rice or roti it is very tasty.
