Tindoora (dondakaya) onion fry





Ingredients
Quantity
Tindoora
1 cup
Onion

Red chili

Cumin seeds
1 tea spoon
Salt
To taste

Preparation method

  1. Wash the tindoora and drain it keep aside. Then cut it into round slices. Then keep it aside. And onions cut it into small pieces keep it aside.
  2. Take the mixer grinder then add red chili cumin seeds salt mix it and grind it powder. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add tindooras fry it well and cover the lid. Once cook the tindoora and add chopped onions and pinch of salt mix it and fry it for 5 more minutes then add grinded red chili powder mix it well.
  4. You can serve it with rice or chapatti very tasty.
