Cucumber pandu mirch chutney









Ingredients

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, hinge fry it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame
  2. Put in the mixer grinder add riped mirch ,coriander leaves, tamarind, salt, jaggery mix it coarse paste then add fried seasonings mix again grind it to paste.
  3. Take a wide bowl add chopped cucumber and add grinded paste mix it all together.
  4. This is very tasty and yummy chutney.

Sweet corn manchuria

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl add sweet corn paste, add salt, chopped ginger, garlic, green chili pepper powder mix it well all together
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add prepare round shape balls and fry it for medium flame and fry it golden brown color and switch off the flame.
  3. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add onions fry it for light brown color then add garlic, ginger, green chili fry it for 2 minutes then add all seasonings fry it for 2 more minutes then add spring onions coriander leaves fry it for 1 minute then add fried sweet corn balls mix it well
  4. Then sweet corn Manchuria is ready to serve. Very tasty, and yummy...

Phool makhana paluo












Ingredients

Boiled basmati rice

Preparation method

  1. Heat the frying pan add oil and butter to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 1 minute then add ginger garlic paste fry it for 2 minutes then add onions, and salt fry it for 3to 4 minutes .
  2. After that add spring onions, and all the seasonings fry it for 2 more minutes then add curd mix it and cook it for 1 minute then add phool makhana fry it for 4 minutes.
  3. Finally add boiled rice mix it all together. And garnish with coriander leaves.

Aloo sprouts paratha







Ingredients

Wheat flour

Boiled potato

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl, add wheat flour salt and mix it and prepare chapatti dough. And cover the towel and keep it aside.
  2. Take a bowl add rajma beans, black eyed beans, whole Chana dal soak it for overnight. And remove the water and add salt and boil it for 1 whistles then switch off the flame.
  3. Let it cool down the pressure and add salt coriander leaves and grind it coarse powder. Keep it aside.
  4. Then add mashed potato, salt, and all seasonings mix it well. Then stuffing is ready
  5. Take chapatti dough, and prepare small round shape balls keep it aside
  6. Dust some flour and roll the balls about 2 inches round. Place some stuffing at the center. Cover the stuffing be bringing the edges together.
  7. Repeat the same with the rest of stuffing and balls.
  8. Now sprinkle some flour and roll the stuffed balls gently. Roll up to 3 inches width
  9. Place a iron pan or frying  pan over high heat. Once pan is hot splutter some ghee over it.
  10. Fry the stuffed parathas from both sides until golden specs appear
  11. Spread some butter./ghee over hot parathas and eat them. .

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add cumin seeds fry it for 1 minute then add ginger paste and add onions fry it for 2 minutes then add salt mix it well.
  2. After that mash the boiled potato and also and add red chili powder, mix it well and finally add garnish with coriander leaves.
  3. Then curry is ready.
  4. Then take bowl add water and put  the bread slices in one by one dip it and squeeze it water. And Stuff it curry and prepare round shape balls.
  5. Then heat the pan add oil to fry then put i the balls in the pan then fry it in a golden brown color and transfer it to the tissue.
  6. Then the bread bonda, ready to serve with tomato ketch up.

  1. Heat the pan add oil &butter to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 1 minute then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric fry it for 1 minute. Then add onions, salt fry it for 3 minutes then add chopped fenugreek leaves, tomatoes fry it for 3 more minutes and then add mixed vegetables fry it well.
  2. Then add cooked basmati rice, Dania powder, garam masala powder mix it well. Finally add pannier cubes, coriander leaves mix it well.
  3. This is very tasty and healthy and yummy.

Kajjikayalu

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl and add Maida, and pinch of salt and add dry roast semolina, and add butter mix it well and add water make chapatti dough. And cover it for towel for 30 minutes.
  2. Take a mixer grinder and add split roasted gram, and coconut powder, sugar, cardamom powder and grind it powder and keep it a side.
  3. Take chapatti dough and prepare round shape chapatti and then put it kajjikaya mould and add stuffing powder then close it both sides then remove the kajjikaya shape .Then do the same thing with rest of the dough
  4.  Heat the pan, add oil to it.. When the oil is heated, then put the kajjikayalu in hot oil and fry them brownish color on both sides and transfer to the tissue.
  5. Then ready to serve kajjikayalu. 








Split gram murukulu

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl add rice flour, split roasted gram powder and add salt, red chili powder, sesame seeds, mix it well. And add butter stir then add water mix it make chapatti dough.
  2. Fix the circle shape plate in the muruku machine
  3. Heat the pan add oil to it .when the oil is heated put the dough in the muruku machine and squeeze it into the hot oil.
  4. And fry them into a brownish color on both sides. And do the same process to the rest of the dough
  5. Then split roasted gram powder muruku is redy to taste.
