Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, hinge fry it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame
 - Put in the mixer grinder add riped mirch ,coriander leaves, tamarind, salt, jaggery mix it coarse paste then add fried seasonings mix again grind it to paste.
 - Take a wide bowl add chopped cucumber and add grinded paste mix it all together.
 - This is very tasty and yummy chutney.
