Preparation
method
Take a wide
bowl add cooked samiya boiled potato green chili, ginger salt chopped
onion salt coriander leaves mix it and
prepare round shape balls keep it aside.
Then take
another bowl add basin, rice flour, ajwain salt, red chili powder, cooking soda
mix it prepare a bajji batter.
Heat the pan
add oil to fry then add take a samiya
balls and put it into a bajji batter then fry it for golden brown color
You can
serve it with sauce very tasty.
