Snake guard coconut curry






Ingredients

Preparation method

  1. Wash the snake guard and cut into round shape pieces and keep it aside.
  2. Then take a pan, add snake guard, salt, turmeric and add water mix it and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes. Then switch off the flame.
  3. Then squeezing them keep it aside.
  4. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add all seasonings fry them well. Then add green chili, red chili, curry leaves fry well then add grated coconut fry it for 2 minutes and add snake guard pieces mix it and stir it well. Then cook it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame.
  5. You can serve it with plain rice or chapatti. It is very tasty.

Sprouts oats kichidi

Preparation method

  1. Soak the whole moong dal overnight then drain it keep aside.
  2. Then take the electric cooker and then add rice, oats soaked whole moong dal wash it for 3 times then add 6 cups of water mix it and add mixed vegetables, salt mix well.
  3. Heat the pan add butter fry then add ginger, green chili, curry leaves, pepper powder fry well then put it into the rice then cook it for 20 minutes.
  4. You can serve it with any chutney very tasty and healthy.

Drum stick chana dal curry




Ingredients

Cooked Chana dal

Mustard seeds
1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds
1 tea spoon

1 tea spoon

Coriander leaves

Grated coconut

Preparation method

  1. Wash the drum sticks and cut into the medium size pieces then add water, salt mix it and boil it for 10 minutes then keep it aside.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add black gram, mustard seeds, cumin seeds fry them well then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, onions, green chili, mix it and fry it for 3 minutes, then add drumsticks, cooked Chana dal,  salt red chili powder mix it and cook it for 3 more minutes. Then add grated coconut mix them well. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
  3. You can serve it plain rice with ghee. It is very tasty.  

Coriander leaves fried rice

Preparation method

  1. Wash the coriander leaves and dry it then grind it into a coarse paste.
  2. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry them well. Then add turmeric, green chili, ginger garlic paste onions fry them well.
  3. After that add all the vegetables, salt fry it for 5 minutes then add coriander paste mix it and fry it for 3 more minutes then add cooked basmati rice mix it and stir it well.
  4. You can serve it with curd chutney very tasty.

Akakarakaya besin fry

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add red chili, cumin seeds fry them well.
  2. Take the mixer grinder then add split gram, cumin seeds, garlic pods, red chili grind it into a coarse powder.
  3. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add teasel guard slices fry it and cover the lid for 10 minutes. Then add salt, turmeric mix it and stir them well. Then add grinded powder mix it and stir it well.
  4. You can serve it plain rice with ghee.it is very tasty.

Ridge guard whole chanadal curry

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds fry well then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, green chili, onions mix and fry it for 3 minutes then add tomatoes, chopped ridge guard  ,salt mix it and cover the lid for 10 minutes.
  2.  Then add cooked whole Chana, red chili powder, Chana masala powder mix it and stir it well finally garnish with coriander leaves
  3. You can serve it with plain rice or chapatti. It is very tasty and yummy..

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry them well. Then add chopped ginger, garlic turmeric, and green chili, fry then add carrot, bell pepper, sweet corn, paneer cubes, fry them well. After that add cooked rice mix it and stir it well, finally add mint leaves, coriander leaves, curry leaves mix it well
  2. You can serve it with onion raitha this is very tasty and yummy.
