Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds fry well then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, green chili, onions mix and fry it for 3 minutes then add tomatoes, chopped ridge guard ,salt mix it and cover the lid for 10 minutes.
- Then add cooked whole Chana, red chili powder, Chana masala powder mix it and stir it well finally garnish with coriander leaves
- You can serve it with plain rice or chapatti. It is very tasty and yummy..
