Preparation method
- Wash the coriander leaves and dry it then grind it into a coarse paste.
- Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry them well. Then add turmeric, green chili, ginger garlic paste onions fry them well.
- After that add all the vegetables, salt fry it for 5 minutes then add coriander paste mix it and fry it for 3 more minutes then add cooked basmati rice mix it and stir it well.
- You can serve it with curd chutney very tasty.
