Preparation method
- Wash the drum sticks and cut into the medium size pieces then add water, salt mix it and boil it for 10 minutes then keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add black gram, mustard seeds, cumin seeds fry them well then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, onions, green chili, mix it and fry it for 3 minutes, then add drumsticks, cooked Chana dal, salt red chili powder mix it and cook it for 3 more minutes. Then add grated coconut mix them well. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
- You can serve it plain rice with ghee. It is very tasty.
