Preparation method
- Heat the pan add red chili, cumin seeds fry them well.
- Take the mixer grinder then add split gram, cumin seeds, garlic pods, red chili grind it into a coarse powder.
- Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add teasel guard slices fry it and cover the lid for 10 minutes. Then add salt, turmeric mix it and stir them well. Then add grinded powder mix it and stir it well.
- You can serve it plain rice with ghee.it is very tasty.
