Preparation method
- Wash the snake guard and cut into round shape pieces and keep it aside.
- Then take a pan, add snake guard, salt, turmeric and add water mix it and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes. Then switch off the flame.
- Then squeezing them keep it aside.
- Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add all seasonings fry them well. Then add green chili, red chili, curry leaves fry well then add grated coconut fry it for 2 minutes and add snake guard pieces mix it and stir it well. Then cook it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame.
- You can serve it with plain rice or chapatti. It is very tasty.
