Preparation method
- Wash the bell pepper and cut into long slices and keep it aside.
- Add coriander leaves ,green chili grind it into smooth paste.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add bell pepper fry it for 5 minutes, then add salt mix it and add coriander paste mix it well and fry it for 3 more minutes then switch off the flame.
- You can serve it with hot plain rice or chapatti.
