Bell pepper coriander fry (capsicum)






Ingredients
Quantity
Bell pepper
3
Coriander leaves
1 bunch
Salt
To taste
Green chili
5
Oil
1 table spoon

Preparation method        

  1. Wash the bell pepper and cut into long slices and keep it aside.
  2. Add coriander leaves ,green chili grind it into smooth paste.
  3. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add bell pepper fry it for 5 minutes, then add salt mix it and add coriander paste mix it well and fry it for 3 more minutes then switch off the flame.
  4. You can serve it with hot plain rice or chapatti.
