Black eyed beans potato rice.




Ingredients
Quantity
Cooked black eyed beans
1 cup
Cooked rice
2 cups
Green chili

Chopped onion

Dania cumin powder
1 table spoon
Red chili powder
1 tea spoon
Turmeric

Coriander leaves

Chopped tomatoes

Preparation method

  1. Soak the black beans in water for 4 to 5 hours. Then cook it for 3 whistles. And remove the water keep it aside.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 1 minute then add onions green chili, salt, turmeric fry it for 3 minutes, then add ginger garlic paste fry it for 2 minutes and add chopped tomatoes and potato fry it for 5 minutes and add cooked beans, Dania cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder mix it all together finally add cooked rice mix it well and cover the lid for 3 more minutes. Then garnish with coriander leaves.
  3. You can serve it with onion raita very yummy.

Cauliflower masala curry




Ingredients

Cooked Gobi (cauliflower)

Ginger garlic paste

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry  then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds fry it for 1 minute, then add onions and salt, fry it for 3 minutes and add ginger garlic paste, green chili fry it well . After that add cooked cauliflower, coconut paste mix  and add water  cook it for 5 more minutes then add  red chili, powder Dania powder, garam masala powder mix it all together. Finally add garnish with coriander leaves.
  2. You can serve it with chapatti or Pori very yummy.

Green peas masala curry

Cooked green peas
1 cup
Ginger garlic paste

Onion paste

Tomato puree

1 tea spoon

1 tea spoon
Cashew paste
2 table spoon

To taste
Turmeric

Preparation method


  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add ginger garlic paste fry it  for1 minute then add onion paste, salt fry it for 4 minutes then add  turmeric ,tomato puree mix it well and cook it for 5 more minutes.
  2. After that add red chili powder, Dania cumin powder, garam masala powder, mix it all together. And cooked peas mix it well add water mix it  and cook for 2 minutes .Finally add cashew paste mix it and cook for 5 more minutes .Then switch off the flame .Then garnish with coriander leaves.
  3. You can serve with Pori are chapatti very yummy.

Custard cookies





Ingredients

All-purpose flour
250 gms
Custard powder
150 gms
Powder sugar

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl add butter and powder sugar mix it and smooth paste and add beaten egg mix it all together.
  2. in another bowl add all purpose flour , custard powder mix it well then add mix it into butter batter and make a chapatti dough. And prepare round shape balls. And dip it sugar powder.
  3. Pre heat the oven 350 degree centigrade.
  4. Then take cooking tray and put  the balls in it at 1 inch distance and press it with forck. And put it in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Then ready to serve custard cookies.

Aava pulihora

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add Chana dal, fry it  brown color then add black gram, mustard seeds, cashew nuts fry it well then add green chili, red chili, curry leaves fry it well.
  2. The same add tamarind paste jaggery boil it for 5 minutes then switch off the flame.
  3. Then take wide bowl add cooked rice, turmeric, salt, tamarind paste, mix it all together then add fried seasoning mix it well. Finally add mustard seed powder  and mix it all together.
  4. This is very tasty tamarind rice.

Chana dal buraylu

Jaggery

Cardamom powder

Urad dal
1 cup
Rice
½ cup

To deep fry

Preparation method



  1.     Soak the Urad dal, and rice it for water for 4 hours and remove the water and grind it into dosa batter and keep it aside.
  2.  Take the pressure pan and add Chana dal and add 1 ½ cup of water, and cook it for 2 whistles then switch off the flame.
  3. Let it cool down the pressure and add jageery, cardamom powder mix it smooth batter. And then prepare round shape balls keep it aside
  4. Heat the pan add oil to deep fry then take the dosa batter and dip it chana dal poornamu and fry it for golden color and transfer the tissue.
  5. This is very tasty poornamu buraylu..

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl add wheat flour, oats powder, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder mix it all together then add melted butter mix it well and add brown sugar mix it, and milk ,mix all together and prepare chapatti dough.
  2. Preheat the oven in 350 degree centigrade..
  3. Then take cooking tray and apply butter and prepare round shape balls and put it in the tray for 1 inch distance, and put it in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 1 minute,  then add onions fry it for 2 minutes  and add salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste fry it for 2 minutes all together. Then add spinach paste fry it for 5 minutes, and add Dania powder garam masala powder mix it well. Finally add cooked rice mix it all together, and add cooked chick peas anda mix it and garnish with coriander leaves.
  2. You can serve it with curd chutney very tasty.

Bisibela bath

Mixed vegetables

Preparation method


  1. Cook toor- dal for 3 whistles and keep it aside. Soak rice in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the pressure pan add ghee to fry then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds curry leaves fry it well then add onions fry it for 3 minutes then add mixed vegetables fry it for 5 minutes then add cooked dal, salt,  turmeric then mix it well. Then add 5 cups of water and boil it for 5 more minutes then add washed rice and mix it well and add tamarind juice mix to it and add  bisibela bath powder and mix it well and cover the lid and cook it for 2 whistles then switch off the flame garnish with ghee and coriander leaves.

  4. Heat the pan add Chana dal, Dania seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, red chili, coconut powder, urad dal  fry it for 3 minutes  then grind it to powder.

  5. This is very tasty. You can serve it with chips.

Sooji rava bobbatlu






Ingredients

Sooji rava
1 cup
Sugar
1 cup
Ghee
2  table spoon
Cardamom powder
¼ tea spoon
Maida
1 cup
Oil

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl add maida pinch of salt, and add water mix it make chapatti dough, and apply 2 table spoons of oil to it. And cover it for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the pan, add ghee to fry then add sooji rava fry it for 3 minutes then transfer to plate. Then same pan add 2 ½ cup of water and add sugar mix it  and boil it for 5 minutes then add sooji rava mix it and cook it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame
  3. Then prepare small round shape balls and keep it aside
  4. Heat the pan first take a pori presser and add the polythin cover to it. Then take the small balls spread it on the polythin cover so it is thick in the middle and thin on the edges.
  5. Then take the sweet balls and put it in the center and close it up as best as you can and then use the Pori presser to make a flat chapatti so the sweet and the dough merge. And then put it on the chapatti pan add oil fry it until it’s a golden brown color on both sides. And then serve it.

Radish paratha

Ginger garlic green chili paste

2 table spoon
Ajwain  (vamu)
1 table spoon

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add grated radish, green chili paste fry it for 3 minutes and add coriander leaves ajwain fry it for 1 minute then switch off the flame.
  2. Take a wide bowl add wheat flour, oil, salt , fried radish mix it all together then add water mix it and prepare chapatti dough and cover the lid for 30 minutes. And keep it aside. After that prepare small round shape balls, keep it aside.
  3. Then heat the chapatti pan, and make a round shape chapatti put it on the chapatti pan and roast it on both sides and apply oil.
