Preparation method
- Soak the Urad dal, and rice it for water for 4 hours and remove the water and grind it into dosa batter and keep it aside.
- Take the pressure pan and add Chana dal and add 1 ½ cup of water, and cook it for 2 whistles then switch off the flame.
- Let it cool down the pressure and add jageery, cardamom powder mix it smooth batter. And then prepare round shape balls keep it aside
- Heat the pan add oil to deep fry then take the dosa batter and dip it chana dal poornamu and fry it for golden color and transfer the tissue.
- This is very tasty poornamu buraylu..
