Preparation method
- Cook toor- dal for 3 whistles and keep it aside. Soak rice in water for 30 minutes.
- Heat the pressure pan add ghee to fry then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds curry leaves fry it well then add onions fry it for 3 minutes then add mixed vegetables fry it for 5 minutes then add cooked dal, salt, turmeric then mix it well. Then add 5 cups of water and boil it for 5 more minutes then add washed rice and mix it well and add tamarind juice mix to it and add bisibela bath powder and mix it well and cover the lid and cook it for 2 whistles then switch off the flame garnish with ghee and coriander leaves.
- Powder method
- Heat the pan add Chana dal, Dania seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, red chili, coconut powder, urad dal fry it for 3 minutes then grind it to powder.
- This is very tasty. You can serve it with chips.
