Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add grated radish, green chili paste fry it for 3 minutes and add coriander leaves ajwain fry it for 1 minute then switch off the flame.
- Take a wide bowl add wheat flour, oil, salt , fried radish mix it all together then add water mix it and prepare chapatti dough and cover the lid for 30 minutes. And keep it aside. After that prepare small round shape balls, keep it aside.
- Then heat the chapatti pan, and make a round shape chapatti put it on the chapatti pan and roast it on both sides and apply oil.
