Preparation method
- Soak it the rice in water for 6 hours. Then remove the water keep it aside.
- Take the mixer grinder and add rice, grated coconut, and salt and grind it for dosa batter. And add water mix it you prepare water consistency. Then dosa batter is ready.
- Then take dosa pan you prepare dosa and apply to oil both side. And toast it.
- You can serve it with any chutney tasty and yummy.
