Preparation method
- Soak the black beans in water for 4 to 5 hours. Then cook it for 3 whistles. And remove the water keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 1 minute then add onions green chili, salt, turmeric fry it for 3 minutes, then add ginger garlic paste fry it for 2 minutes and add chopped tomatoes and potato fry it for 5 minutes and add cooked beans, Dania cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder mix it all together finally add cooked rice mix it well and cover the lid for 3 more minutes. Then garnish with coriander leaves.
- You can serve it with onion raita very yummy.
